The data enables detection and differentiation of subtle biophysical and geochemical changes, including detailed analysis of vegetation health, soil composition, water quality, and a variety of other environmental conditions that impact ecosystems and human well-being. Each satellite carries a visible near-infrared (VNIR) sensor that delivers ~5-meter ground sample distance imagery with up to 31 pre-defined bands. The company also offers access to a growing archive of more than 8,500 hyperspectral images totaling over 6.60 million square kilometers across every inhabited continent to benefit a wide range of Earth observation research and applications.<\/p>\n
Obtaining Data<\/h2>\n
All newly awarded commercial data provider products are currently undergoing CSDA evaluation.
