1. Disturbing hotel incident:

August 13th, 2025

A Tik Tok user by the name Alyza uploaded the following video. Take a look.

A young woman, who we can assume is Alyza, records herself sprinting down the hallway of a hotel. She seems to be in a panic. She turns a corner and the video abruptly ends.

Understandably, many viewers who watched this video were extremely unsettled, showing a growing concern for her safety and well-being. What was she running from? Why was she so distressed?

Luckily, just one day later, on August 14th, Alyza uploaded one more video. The caption read, “Please be aware of your surroundings. I thought if I pretended to be on FaceTime, they would leave me alone. But then I heard running and I ran. Sorry for scaring you all.”

As you can see, Alyza was recording for her own safety as she was getting a bad feeling from a man she says was approaching her. After pretending to be on a call to get away from him, he starts chasing after her. And that’s when the original video that we see is recorded. Now, as disturbing as this is, people were still left confused. Seeing as these are the only two videos on her page, there were still too many unanswered questions that left people assuming the worst. Was she okay? Where is she now? Fortunately, as these videos gained traction, one of the staff members at this hotel realized what was going on, and so they were able to provide additional context to help piece the puzzles of this strange incident together. User 4everfloe, a member of the hotel’s cleaning crew, released security footage of the same day that alyza recorded that video.

It shows her sprinting down the hall. Moments later, she stumbles into an elevator. Her hands shake as she repeatedly presses the buttons. She just wants the doors to close to get away from the man.

The staff member later uploads another video, this time entering her hotel room with one of their co-workers. This is what they find.

Inside they see pure chaos. Clothes thrown everywhere. Suitcases wide open. Personal belongings left behind as if she had left in a panic. However, one of the most disturbing things they find is a peculiar piece of equipment.

He demonstrates how exactly someone could use this hook to open the room door from the outside. This now implies foul play or malicious intent, which only makes the situation even more disturbing. So far, everything seems to add up with the original videos, except for one key detail. Throughout the whole footage, no one, not a single person, is behind her. In fact, besides Alyza, the halls are empty the entire time. And when she is in the elevator, she seems to cover her face, almost as if she is trying not to look at something, and the doors will not close no matter how long she waits, only closing after she leaves. Many viewers start speculating something paranormal or otherworldly. The staff member posts another video giving some more explanation that makes this incident even more disturbing. Take a look.

Many viewers say they were immediately reminded of the infamous Elisa Lam footage from the Cecil Hotel. The similarities were chilling. A terrified young woman behaving strangely in an elevator and an ending that raised far more questions than answers. So, what really happened? Was she being followed? Was it a manic episode or was it something else entirely? Something the cameras couldn’t capture? We may never know the truth, but her terrified expression, her desperate attempt to escape, and her silence online leaves many people with an eerie sense of unease and despair.

2. The haunting that wouldn’t let go:

Zark recently moved from India to Dubai, hoping to escape a terrifying haunting in his home. But the paranormal activity followed him to his new house, escalating to the point where he had to send his family to live with relatives.

Zark often hears strange noises. But when he checks his recordings, there’s nothing there.

It’s so disorienting that he can no longer tell what’s real and what might be in his head. He explains that every night when the activity begins, the light switches stop working yet all other electrical appliances continue to function.

This, he says, is the signal that the haunting has started. Shortly afterward, the haird dryer turns on by itself. Zark tries to get some sleep before work, but his rest is always abruptly interrupted.

Objects fall from shelves and the bedroom door opens on its own. When he approaches to close it, the unmistakable sound of bare feet running toward him sends him panicking back into bed. Zark has searched for a way to rid his home of this entity. But so far, he has found no solution. Every night, he endures the torment alone, protecting his family from the terrifying presence that refuses to leave.

3. The haunting of a French apartment:

Rosanna moved into a new apartment in France only to discover she’d been duped. The place is haunted. Within days, unsettling things began. While she was eating yogurt, she heard terrifying labored breathing from the fireplace, even though there was nothing inside. She later filmed a follow-up to prove the device by the hearth wasn’t a speaker, but her internet box, the only thing plugged in.

And still the noises continued. So disturbing she checked into a hotel for a few days. When she returned, she invited priests to bless the flat, but the visit seemed to make the atmosphere heavier. Dishes shattered without cause, doors slammed violently, and a putrid rotting flesh smell hung in the parts of the apartment. Banging started on the walls, which she captured on camera. And then late one night, a voice finally spoke.

A chilling command telling her that “come”.

It was the first time she’d ever heard it form words. And as the incidents escalate, Rosanna is more terrified and unsure than ever what to do next.

4. The haunting of Arash Afnan:

These set of creepy clips come from TikTok, uploaded by Arash Afnan. Arash says he’s been tormented in his own home by something sinister and decided to document and upload his encounters to the internet. This is what they showed:

A toy on the floor emits some kind of interference. Arash puts it on the table and walks away but then another toy behind him makes a noise. This was only the beginning.

Arash’s child can be seen playing with another child; However, there were no other children in the house. Arash shouts and the hands disappear, and when he rushes over to where the hands were seen, no one’s there. In this next clip, Arash is in his kitchen when he’s disturbed by noises coming from one of the cupboards.

Noises can be heard echoing off the cupboard door. Arash opens it up, but no one’s in there. A bottle mysteriously moves on its own, and then a hand appears to slide the door closed while the sound of giggling can be heard. But where did it come from? In this next clip, Arash is awoken by noises coming from his living room.

This time the knocking can be heard coming from the cabinet under the TV, but when he opens it, there’s nothing inside. Then, as he’s leaving, another noise, like a child’s voice, makes him turn. Suddenly, in the middle of the room, something that looks like a child is standing with a blanket over its head. That wouldn’t be the last time it would use the blanket to show itself.

Arash finds his child sat in front of whatever is hiding under the blanket. Arash calls his son over, but he refuses and just sits there looking menacingly at Arash. Then, when Arash runs over, a voice can be heard saying…., and the blanket falls to the ground.  However, later that evening, the activity continues.

Arash and his son find the blanket standing on the sofa. He walks right up to it and pulls the blanket off, but there’s nothing under it. On another night, Arash’s son decides to record a selfie video when something creepy happens.

Something with long dark hair appears to pop up out of the washing machine before quickly ducking back down. Arash’s son goes to look, but he can’t see it. Terrified, he yells for his mother.

In this next clip, Arash finds his son acting rather strange.

Arash finds his son under the dining table. His son tells him to be quiet and points up to the top of the table. Arash checks what his son was saying, and then a child’s hand quickly grabs the doll off the table. But it couldn’t have been his son’s hand as he hasn’t moved. He tells his child to get out from under the table, but then a terrifying screeching noise prompts his son to repeat his first instructions, and the video ends right there.

On another night, Arash is awoken by noises again. He grabs his phone and goes to investigate.

In the middle of the night, whistling can be heard in the living room. Then suddenly, a child’s hand reaches up over the TV before disappearing. Arash runs to look, but there’s nothing there.

In this next clip, the whistling would lure him again.

A creepy figure can be seen standing behind the curtain. Arash steps closer, and when he pulls the curtain back, there’s nothing behind it.

In this final clip, Arash hears noises coming from his kitchen.

Wailing noises can be heard coming from the kitchen. Arash approaches with caution, and then something with long dark hair can be seen peeking out from behind the fridge. It then quickly slips away out of sight. Arash checks where it just was but finds nothing. Then the hair appears, accompanied by the creepiest sound ever.

Viewers were left scared to go to sleep after watching the clips.

5. The house no one stays in:

This next clip was uploaded by a woman who works as a house cleaner in the US. She’d been hired to deep-clean a rental home late at night, and while that might sound like an ordinary job, what she didn’t know is that this house has a dark reputation.

According to the landlord, this used to be his family home, but after living there for years, he says something changed. He began hearing whispers in empty rooms, doors slammed shut without warning, and he’d catch glimpses of something moving just out of sight. Eventually, he moved out. He didn’t want to sell the property, so he decided to rent it out. But every single tenant since has broken their lease. Some stayed only a few days; others didn’t make it a full night. Each one left in a hurry.

The landlord didn’t know what to make of it until he started getting calls — tenants saying they were hearing things, seeing things. One even claimed they woke up to find something standing at the end of their bed, only for whatever it was to vanish into the dark. Now the house was empty again, and that’s when the cleaner was called in.

She decided to film the job just to document the condition of the property, but what she captured creeped her out.

She walks through the dark, empty house. The door suddenly opens on its own. She cautiously approaches to check, but there’s no one there. Still rattled, she keeps filming. But later, after uploading the video, viewers noticed something she hadn’t seen at all.

Eerie noises can be heard coming from a dark room of the empty property, and the cleaner goes closer. Well, did you spot this one? If we brighten the footage, someone or something can be seen peeking out from a doorway, just watching the cleaner. But the cleaner is completely unaware of its presence. She just walks right past it, never even noticing.

After being alerted to whatever this is peeking in that dark room, the cleaner was left spooked. She believes that whatever this is is the cause of all the scary activity that has made all the tenants leave in a hurry. But what do you think this is?
