Overview <\/h3>\n

The South-East (SE) Asia Region MLP reflects the findings of the SE Asia Region Midwifery Leadership Profiles (2022), in which a critical need for a leadership programme for midwives was identified. The MLP is also informed by the WHO Global Strategic Directions for Nursing and Midwifery (SDNM 2021), wherein strengthening midwifery leadership is one of the four global policy priorities, and the State of the World\u2019s Midwifery (SOWMy) report (2021), which regards midwifery leadership and midwife-led care as key global actions.\n <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n
