It can also be considered as the updated programme cycle of UNFPA.<\/p>\n<p>The publication introduces a new definition for adaptive management, as well as an adaptive management manifesto around four interconnected drivers: (a) leadership; (b) collaboration; (c) agility; (d) learning that promotes adaptation. UNFPA also introduces a new concept of &#8216;adaptive moment&#8217;.
