The series aim to equip<br \/>\n    communications professionals with the<br \/>\n    foundational knowledge and skills to better<br \/>\n    inform, plan, implement and evaluate evidence based, impact-driven and targeted C4H<br \/>\n    interventions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is MSC?<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>MSC is a participatory evaluation method that<br \/>\n    provides evidence of outcomes and impact by<br \/>\n    telling the stories of the most significant<br \/>\n    changes that occurred due to communication<br \/>\n    interventions. Evidence is collected for each<br \/>\n    story and the stories are vetted by the<br \/>\n    communication professionals, team members<br \/>\n    and partners.
