It was conducted in 2025 in the context of the start of a new WFP strategic plan cycle (2026\u20132029) and the significant changes in the organization\u2019s operating and partnership landscape, which require WFP to identify and focus on areas with the greatest potential for results.\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--body mb4\">\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Overall, the evaluation found that the quality of WFP\u2019s strategy for support to social protection was high and in line with international thinking, as well as WFP normative frameworks. WFP made notable contributions to social protection, although the consolidation and sustainability of results are still a work in progress.
