The evaluation assessed WFP\u2019s strategic positioning, its contribution to strategic outcomes, the sustainability of the results achieved, its efficiency in implementation and the factors explaining its performance.\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--body mb4\">\n<p><strong>What worked, what didn&#8217;t and why<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The evaluation found that the CSP was well grounded and coherent. The home-grown school feeding (HGSF) programme, agricultural resilience and crisis response interventions supported local markets, education, nutrition and adequate food consumption in emergencies. However, structural and programme challenges limited the scope of progress.<\/p>\n<p>While gaps remain, there was progress on gender equality, environmental action and humanitarian practice.
