It presents key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations from the decentralized evaluation of FtMA was implemented across six regions.\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--body mb4\">\n<p>The Tanzania FtMA Phase II programme is a public\u2013private, multi-stakeholder\u00a0platform managed by WFP, designed to enhance the resilience of smallholder farmers (SHFs) by improving\u00a0access to productivity-enhancing services and structured offtake markets. Interventions were organized around\u00a0four pillars: (i) Farmer Service Centre (FSC) network building; (ii) enhancing farmer productivity; (iii) market\u00a0linkages; and (iv) farmer and FSC digitalization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation serves two complementary purposes: accountability and learning. Regarding accountability, it assessed the extent of achieving intended results and whether resources were used efficiently\u00a0and appropriately.
