Overview <\/h3>\n

HIV
\n remains a major public health challenge, especially in low- and
\nmiddle-income countries. Inconsistent or delayed implementation of
\nevidence-based interventions – compounded by workforce shortages, weak
\nsupply chains and poor service integration – continues to drive
\ntransmission, advanced disease and preventable deaths.<\/p>\n

These
\n guidelines consolidate WHO’s evidence-based HIV service delivery
\nrecommendations issued from 2013 to 2025, supporting more
\npeople-centred, integrated and equitable service delivery. The goal is
\nto improve access, strengthen continuity of care and accelerate progress
\n toward ending AIDS as a public health threat.<\/p>\n
