Overview
Most Significant Change (MSC) is part of a
series of research tools to support the C4H
application. The series aim to equip
communications professionals with the
foundational knowledge and skills to better
inform, plan, implement and evaluate evidence based, impact-driven and targeted C4H
interventions.
What is MSC?
MSC is a participatory evaluation method that
provides evidence of outcomes and impact by
telling the stories of the most significant
changes that occurred due to communication
interventions. Evidence is collected for each
story and the stories are vetted by the
communication professionals, team members
and partners. Collaborative decisions at
different levels of the organization select the best stories for dissemination and reporting.
